Monthly Support Plans
Plans are priced per workstation and include email support, remote sessions, and on-site time as listed. All plans can be upgraded, downgraded, or cancelled month-to-month.
Essential

Standard
Everything in Essential, plus two hours of pooled on-site time per month, quarterly backup verification, and priority ticket queue.

Everything in Standard, plus same-day on-site, extended after-hours remote coverage, documented user onboarding, and a named lead technician.

Business hours are Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM Central. Priority plans include defined after-hours and weekend coverage in the contract.
